Serverless eShop sample with .net 8 isolated worker

Hey team,

I have been using this sample and experimenting with the micro services approaches since the container and ServiceFabric days back in 2016.

Is there any fork or sample or best practices sample for this now with all azure PaaS services as the micro service chassis features say for .net8 isolated worker supported AppServicePlan on a webapp/func app, API Gateway, secrets storage, externalised configuration parameters management, distributed tracing and telemetry so that I can find some examples of Azure App Config service hydration, Key Vault secrets hydration, Azure Function App deployed as an API in Azure API Management and APIM policy setups such as CORS, telemetry correlation id tracing? Just a few of any as a pattern would be great pointers.
