Customizing IP Address for eShop sample

Description

Hi, I'm able to build and run the eShop sample using the default `launchSetting.json` file.

However, to do some local tests, I've been trying to customize the `launchSetting.json` to use my own ip addresses instead of `localhost`.

But in this case I cannot run the sample.

Am I missing anything here?
