Description
There are some static tests that are not covered by the [initial static analysis tag testing](https://github.com/dotnet/dotnet-docker/issues/5838). These tests are advanced and may require more in-depth analysis that what was needed to accomplish the tests described in https://github.com/dotnet/dotnet-docker/issues/5838
