Description
Validate that images being published contain a .NET version that match the latest .NET versions (2.x, 3.x) defined by the [releases-index](https://dotnetcli.blob.core.windows.net/dotnet/release-metadata/releases-index.json). This ensures that an image being published wasn't somehow misconfigured to contain an older version of .NET.
