Description
In the [PostProcessInput API summary](https://github.com/dotnet/dotnet-api-docs/blob/ca3aa1adf744cf7a2006ed456749c60ca0024a96/xml/System.Windows.Input/InputManager.xml#L421) it is said that
> Occurs after the PreNotifyInput
But in the [remarks](https://github.com/dotnet/dotnet-api-docs/blob/ca3aa1adf744cf7a2006ed456749c60ca0024a96/xml/System.Windows.Input/InputManager.xml#L440) this event is raised after the `PostNotifyInput`, not the `PreNotifyInput`.
