Incomplete documentatoin

Please, add a remark that you need to pass *FileShare.Delete* for files open with *DeleteOnClose* if that file is intended to be opened by other processes. I only figure that out after reading CreateFile() Win32 function docs (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/desktop/api/fileapi/nf-fileapi-createfilew)
