Description
In the documentation for [SetUnhandledExceptionMode(UnhandledExceptionMode, Boolean)](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.windows.forms.application.setunhandledexceptionmode#system-windows-forms-application-setunhandledexceptionmode(system-windows-forms-unhandledexceptionmode-system-boolean)), the example shows no use of the `threadScope` parameter.
It's not clear to me what's the difference between the thread exception mode and the application exception mode.
