Description
What happens if you call [ILookup.Item[TKey]](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.linq.ilookup-2.item) with a key that's not in the lookup? Does it throw an exception, return null, return an empty sequence, or something else? The docs should say.
