Type.DefinedTypes inherits the semantics of Type.GetTypes() - how should this be called out?

In particular, it throws `ReflectionTypeLoadException` if some of the types cannot be loaded, but the docs don't call that out. What is the preferred way to note that a particular member effectively wraps another, and that readers of the documentation should refer to the second member for detailed information? Should the info be copied from `Type.GetTypes()` to `Type.DefinedTypes` (effectively duplicating it)?
