Description
The documentation of [type attribute fields](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.reflection.typeattributes?view=netframework-4.8) is rather thin and should be expanded, especially for certain attributes such as `BeforeFieldInit` (as also noted by [Jon Skeet](https://csharpindepth.com/Articles/BeforeFieldInit)).
