Some code examples have not namespaces

It was a little confusing to understand the code examples without namespaces. Besides, I saw this page in portuguese documentation. When I changed to "Read in english", some titles are still in portuguese. I opened an issue about that in https://github.com/dotnet/dotnet-api-docs.pt-br/issues/7.
