What about URIs with a port?

The content has a table headed "The following examples show a URI and the results of calling GetLeftPart with Scheme, Authority, Path, or Query" in the remarks section. The table does not demonstrate what happens when a URI contains a port. It will presumably not be in "Scheme", but will be in "Path" or "Query", but one is ambivalent about what happens with "Authority" - The documentation needs to resolve that ambiguity.
