Proposal:
Change description text to: "Represents the smallest possible value of DateTime, which is 01/01/0001 00:00. This field is read-only."

Benefit:
This would be useful for developers, because then the defined VALUE becomes visible inside of Visual Studio via property ToolTip and F12.

Notes:
Well, this important information is written in the remarks (January 1, in year 0001), but you can't see it in Visual Studio, because there you see only the "description" part of the XML comment.

The same proposal could be applied to:
* DateTime.MaxValue
* DateTimeOffset.MinValue
* DateTimeOffset.MaxValue
