Missing details on ConnectionTimeout and RequestTimeout

This documentation doesn't explain the how this timeout addresses connectionOut and responseTimeOut.

Or may be I am looking into a different place.
So either improve its documentation by explaining ConnectionTimout and RequestTimeout or adding additional See Also link.
