Description
[Enter feedback here]
The information on this page, about adding a lexicon is of no use, because **adding a lexicon doesn't work**. Despite a bug apparently being filed on Microsoft Connect, **this bug still exists**.
If you try the sample code provided on this documentation page, **it doesn't work**. Either the bug needs fixing (which is unlikely) or this documentation needs removing from the internet and the function removing from the .Net framework.
Documenting features that do not work, is the biggest cause of wasted developer time, because we all assume that if anyone knows how things should work, it would be the developers of the product referred to in the documentation. Surely all sample code is **tested**, before submission to the actual documentation... isn't it?
