`DynamicCodeSupport` feature switch is undocumented.

### Description

The `DynamicCodeSupport` feature switch added in dotnet/sdk#29785 is not documented anywhere. It can be useful to test that code works when AOT-compiled, without publishing it with Native AOT.

In not sure in which document it belongs to; could be in this one or somewhere else.
