Reference to soon-to-be deprecated package Microsoft.Extensions.Http.Polly?

### Description

Greetings.

This page references `Microsoft.Extensions.Http.Polly`. However, given what was discussed at https://github.com/dotnet/aspnetcore/issues/57209 , I think this page should be rewritten to use `Microsoft.Extensions.Http.Resilience` instead. Or at least have a warning about the deprecation and a new page showing how to do the same thing with `Microsoft.Extensions.Http.Resilience`.
