Embedded code not displaying when clicking on 'Details' for all 4 'tour-of-csharp tutorials'

### Describe the issue or suggestion

'Details' was introduced to display the answers of the challenge in the following tutorials:

2. [Numbers in C#](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/csharp/tour-of-csharp/tutorials/numbers-in-csharp)
3. [Branches and Loops](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/csharp/tour-of-csharp/tutorials/branches-and-loops)
4. [List Collections](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/csharp/tour-of-csharp/tutorials/list-collection)

however, it's not working properly.
