dotnet-coverage does not document details for collected data

### Description

The `dotnet-coverage` package is licensed under the "MICROSOFT SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS" with the "MICROSOFT .NET LIBRARY".
Section "4.a Data Collection" states that the software may collect data, which can be opted out according to the documentation.
However, the documentation does not document the type and amount of data collected, nor the opt-out options.
According to German and European law, we must ensure that as little data as possible is collected. Please help me review the data collected. Otherwise, I may not be allowed to use the package.
