Document/Link Telemetry datapoints collected by SDK msbuild

### Description

SDK telemetry article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/tools/telemetry, should contain information about telemetry emited and collected for commands executing msbuild (`dotnet build`, `dotnet msbuild`, plus couple other commands can execute msbuild as well)

The datapoints are being exhaustively docuemented in the repo here: https://github.com/dotnet/msbuild/pull/10800
So the SDK article should probably just link that GitHub documentation. Similarly as there is a section for [Template Engine](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/tools/telemetry#template-engine-telemetry), there should be a section for MSBuild, that will just link to the article create by the linked PR
