Dotnet and C# articles are confusing

### Describe the issue or suggestion

The .NET and C# documentation have a table of contents and an outline on the side pane that a very different. Why have two different ways of reading the docs and not explain why they are different? It all seems very disjointed. Please improve this to make it clear why they are different and which is the canonical way of reading the docs.
