PDF Version of title is not rendered the same as website but as a code block

### Description

Other titles for new sections of content are big and blue and on the website this section is marked as a new division in the content, on the website version it has a large title like many other titles in the document, but in the pdf version it is showing as a code block which is confusing in that it doesn't clearly show a separation of content properly:
