WinDbg version has changed

### Description

> Recent versions of the [Windows Debugger](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/debugger-download-tools) (>= version 10.0.18317.1001 of WinDbg or cdb) load SOS automatically from the Microsoft extension gallery.

It's now WinDbg 1.x (formerly "Preview", e.g. version 1.2308.2002.0) which is the most recent version of WinDbg. Does that version also load SOS automatically? If you write 1.x in the article, that is ambiguous to all versions of WinDbg that I know, starting with WinDbg 4.x over 6.x and including 10.x (the version numbers of WinDbg are quite messy).
