What about linux? RE Microsoft-Windows-DotNETRuntime

### Description

It says that the way to listen to dotnet runtime events is Microsoft-Windows-DotNETRuntime.

But this only works, funnily enough, on Windows. How do you listen to the same events, such as GC events, on Linux?
