Clarify well known providers and the runtime events supported in native AOT

As [this](https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/issues/92734) issue mentions, existing native AOT diagnostic [documents](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/deploying/native-aot/diagnostics#observability-and-telemetry) should provider more context on the well-known providers supported in native AOT.
