Incorrect link on dotnet-architecture/eShopOnWeb

**Issue description**

On the [dotnet-architecture/eShopOnWeb](https://github.com/dotnet-architecture/eShopOnWeb) the link to "[Architecting Modern Web Applications with ASP.NET Core and Azure](https://aka.ms/webappebook)" states it is updated for ASP.NET Core 7.0 (Edition 7.0), but the PDF links to the ASP.NET Core 6.0 (Edition 6.0) version.
