[Everyday C#] Resilient code

The section on [Exceptions and error](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/csharp/fundamentals/exceptions/) in the fundamentals section is already close. For this issue, edit that section, clean any open issues, and see if determine if anything is missing.

There's one article on [Exceptions in LINQ queries](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/csharp/linq/handle-exceptions-in-query-expressions) and one how on [Non-CLS exceptions](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/csharp/how-to/how-to-catch-a-non-cls-exception). The first may be better in the LINQ section, the second should move to the advanced section.
