[Everyday C#] XML Documentation section

The three articles in the **Language Reference** section on [XML documentation](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/csharp/language-reference/xmldoc/) contain some information that would be better in the Everyday C# section.

Most of that content is reference in nature. However, the overview section (up to ID strings) and the examples should move.
