Description

Yes, you can run PowerShell from Visual Studio. No, you can't run PowerShell as an Administrator from Visual Studio, even if you run Visual Studio as an administrator. (If that's possible, it isn't obvious how and this page certainly didn't care to elucidate.) That misdirection will severely frustrate most users.

You also left out that PowerShell run from the start menu won't know how to find fuslogvw.exe and you didn't care to elucidate where to find that executable on my filesystem.
