dotnet 5 documentation unclear

The tool, as of .NET 5 does not add the required assemblies. I had to manually add "System.ServiceModel.Primitives" as "System.ServiceModel" is not a nuget package, and "System.ServiceModel.Http" to resolve `BasicHttpBinding` could not be found...
