Duplicate & inconsistent documentation: Thread Pool ETW Events

Consider the following:

1. [Thread Pool ETW Events](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/performance/thread-pool-etw-events#worker-thread-pool-events)
2. [.NET runtime thread pool events](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/fundamentals/diagnostics/runtime-thread-events#threadpoolworkerthreadwait-event)

Both documents are very similar, but there are inconsistences. For example: one document includes `ThreadPoolWorkerThreadWait`, while the other does not.

Please consider merging into one document.
