ICorDebugThread4::HadUnhandledException page but Syntax is:
```
HRESULT GetBlockingObjects (
[out] ICorDebugBlockingObjectEnum **ppBlockingObjectEnum
);
```
Probably this is a mistake and `HadUnhandledException` should be in Syntax?
