The sample can not run well and it prints coreclr_create_delegate failed - status: 0x80070002

We can not run the sample well.

The code is in https://github.com/dotnet/samples/blob/f0e5dc7cfdf88a03ef1517c33544c46831cdf143/core/hosting/HostWithCoreClrHost/

And we can find the build.bat file.

We can use build.bat file to build the project. But it can not run well and it prints coreclr_create_delegate failed - status: 0x80070002
