It looks like the section is a keeper for all versions of .NET, but the qualifier on target versions of Catalyst and iOS aren't stated.

The way that I plan to handle this for the Blazor article is to add a cross-link to the section with a qualifying statement on the versions. I put my plan on this PR, which you can review if you like (I need at least one approval to merge it, and you'd save Wade/Tom a ping 😄) ...
