Missing information regarding NavigationPage.SetHasNavigationBar

### Description

When considering how to use the safe area, this article ONLY discusses that the safe are contains the status bar and the navigation bar. A common use case is to want a safe area that covers the status bar only. That the navigation bar can be disabled then the SafeArea will only cover the status bar is not mentioned anywhere, despite this being a highly relevant use case.
