Page needs updating for .NET 10 (VS2026) for iOS

### Description

Same as #3103 but regarding for iOS. The doc mention about using iOS Remote Device (and shows the old GUI from VS2022), but in VS2026 with .Net 10, the iOS device are not longer supported within VS AFAIK. The only way to generate an IPA is by dotnet CLI
