I am still receiving an error indicating a missing entitlement even after following these instructions.

I have followed the steps provided in the documentation and I still receive the error message "Error adding record: Missing Entitlement"

I am using Visual Studio 2022 for Mac running on macOS Ventura Version 13.4 and I have 2 developer accounts associated with Visual Studio 2022. Additionally in the signing request section I have the "automatic" option selected for the provisioning profile and I have updated the bundleID, Bundle Name, and Bundle Title in the Info.plist file/settings.
