Can we create a MAUI tutorial based on the Contoso University example?

### Description

I built a web app based on the Contoso University [Contoso University web app](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/data/ef-mvc/intro?view=aspnetcore-6.0). If you are interested in continuing that example into a MAUI-based mobile app, I would like to participate in that development. I learned and did the full-stack development of a commercial web site myself, and now am tasked with developing a mobile app to go with it. So I think it might be beneficial to learn MAUI by helping develop a Contoso tutorial in MAUI for say, a student app that taps into the Contoso database.

I wanted to label this comment as 'area/docs', but am new to this forum and not sure how to do that, I apologize.

This would become an additional learning tool for developers new to the .NET MAUI product, with a real-world example/tutorial.
