### Description
User gets an error trying to add an access db as a data source. Was forwarded to this page but it doesn't solve the problem. How common is Access now? Should we cover it? @KlausLoeffelmann
Original feedback:
> When attempting to connect to an Access database from a new Windows Forms application using "view", "Other Windows" "Data Sources", I encountered "window not supported for the selected project" and a link to this page (https://aka.ms/WinForms/DataBinding). This page provides no instruction as to what I must do at this point. How do I enable my project to use visual basic code to view an Access file?
