UUF: How do I use an Access database?

User gets an error trying to add an access db as a data source. Was forwarded to this page but it doesn't solve the problem. How common is Access now? Should we cover it? @KlausLoeffelmann

This page provides no instruction as to what I must do at this point. How do I enable my project to use visual basic code to view an Access file?
