**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
When clicking on a member section like, say, "Explicit Interface Implementations", it navigates to the class page but stays at the top of the page.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
The TOC section link should contain the # anchor of the member section heading on the class page, so it automatically scrolls down to it:
