Description

**Describe the bug**
Hey, dark themers 🤣. The contrast in the dark theme is much more pronounced than in the light theme, making it difficult to distinguish the subheaders easily in the light theme.

**To Reproduce**
Switch to the light theme to observe the difference.

**Expected behavior**
The secondary links in the light theme should have a better contrast distinct from the primary links.

**Context (please complete the following information):**
- Browser: chrome
- Form factor: desktop
- Docfx version: 2.72.0
- Template: modern

**Additional context**
The readability of subheaders in the light theme is not as clear as it should be, particularly in this article section. Not sure if the colour change would help but definitely some indentation could?
