Support for Last Updated date/Owner/Last Editor fields in document pages

**Template used**: (`default` or `statictoc` or contain custom template)

**Steps to Reproduce**:
1. Update the page
2. No meta data to say who updated the page and when it was updated.
3.

**Expected Behavior**:
Show the following properties for each page:

Page Last Edited | 0 days ago on 02-12-18
Page Owner | Hyper linked Owner Alias
Last Editor | Hyper linked Editor Alias

**Actual Behavior**:
None
