Differing line number behavior between DAC and cDAC

Chatted with Rachel - the new line behavior is better than the previous one. We are not sure what caused it and it's worth some investigation since the DAC and cDAC had agreed on the answer for a while. If it comes from a JIT info improvement, I'd expect it to improve the scenario for both paths.
