Getting non-GC CLR notifications after FindRoots

### Description
After I run the FindRoots command, I continue to break on non-GC-related notifications in Windbg, such as module load.

I see that we here use sxe to break on and handle any CLR notification.

We do not then disable the notifications, so we continue to break on them.

OnGcEvent is where we erase the GC notification that we had set in FindRoots; this could be a good place to reset the rest of the CLR notifications.
