## Background and Motivation
My coworker was running dotnet-counters on a machine and noticing that nothing appeared to show up:
(it appears all the updates aren't written correctly for this terminal... not sure what that last zero is off at the bottom)
## Proposed Feature
`--terminal dumb` mode where it just writes to stdout.
## Usage Examples
`dotnet-counters monitor -p 123 --terminal dumb`
