Description
This is the spin-off from the resolution of ECMA-TC49-TG2/spec#776. The example covered in that issue needs to be revised based on the resolution of ECMA-TC49-TG2/csharpstandard#163. Issue ECMA-TC49-TG2/csharpstandard#163 covers the distinction, or otherwise, between "candidate" and "applicable" and the example here used those terms.
