Description
This is a follow-on from ECMA-TC49-TG2/spec#89. The text is a bit vague about protected access, in terms of simply talking about a derived type, and not considering generics.
The note restored in ECMA-TC49-TG2/spec#89 *may* be enough, or we may want to clarify the text.
