Description
ECMA-TC49-TG2/spec#639 was resolved with typographical changes and one removal of "directly depends on" but more work is required to clarify this area. (It's not immediately crystal clear that two different terms - "depends on" and "directly depends on" - are being defined, and what the difference between them is.)
