Description
When deciding to insert new top-level clause *Extended indexing and slicing* after clause *Arrays* it was decided to do a future review to consider the ordering of all top-level clauses, in particular moving *Interfaces* was mentioned.
This is the issue for this future review, tentatively assigned to the C#9 milestone.
