15.4.9.5 Unconventional field name

Description
The example in 16.4.9.5 uses a field name of `this_c`. I would probably use `container` myself, but that might give an inappropriate implication in this case. Thoughts? (I think we've seen similar field names and discussed them, but I can't remember the result...)
